I'm Calum Dewsnap, a passionate emerging filmmaker. After completing a hands-on bachelor's degree, majoring in Screen Production from AUT, where I learnt the basics of key roles and on set etiquette, I began crewing on local productions as a production assistant, camera trainee and runner. I have also directed several productions of my own including music videos and a live session web series. I have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, listen well to instructions and am committed to being a valuable member of the team.
My passion for filmmaking began at a very early age where I spent a lot of my childhood creating short films on my iPod Touch and stop motion movies on a digital camera. This love for film has only grown throughout my life and I am eager for opportunities to gain experience within the screen industry.
