Alex Campbell

Meet Alex Campbell, a Director of Photography and Camera Operator based in Auckland. He has been immersed in the world of cinematography since 2008, starting as a camera trainee and has since worked on a wide range of projects, including notable titles like 'Ghost in the Shell' and 'Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon II.'

With a passion for capturing life's moments, Alex has a diverse portfolio that features award-winning short films and a mix of commercial, drama and documentary projects. One of his most unique experiences includes filming in the challenging environment of Antarctica.

Proficient with Arri, Red and Sony camera systems, able to pilot a drone and gimbal tech, Alex brings versatility and professionalism to every shoot, earning the admiration of his peers and collaborators in the industry.
