He earned prestigious accreditation with the Australian Cinematographers Society in 2006 and the New Zealand Cinematographers Society in 2021.
His work displays mastery in lighting design and camera operation when filming in the studio and on locations worldwide. Mark's cinematography is characterised by a keen eye for natural beauty, capturing the essence of story through lens choice, composition and lighting
of people, landscapes and architecture in a unique and appealing way.
Mark loves collaborating with a visionary director on a dynamic script. His passion is crafting compelling visual narratives, skilfully weaving together sequences that convey powerful storytelling.
